Transporter Pickup Requirements

To ensure a safe and efficient pickup process, all transporters must comply with the following requirements. No exceptions.

 

Required Documentation

Prior to picking up any vehicle, transporters must provide:

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) sent directly from the insurance company listing Stone Services LLC as the Certificate Holder.

  • The COI must be emailed to stone4tow@gmail.com before the scheduled pickup.

  • A new COI is not required if one has been provided within the previous six (6) months.

• Bill of Lading (BOL) for the vehicle being transported.

• Valid government-issued photo identification for the driver picking up the vehicle.

 

Equipment Requirements

For the safety of our customers' vehicles and our operations:

• Only rollback (flatbed) tow trucks or wheel-lift tow trucks are permitted for vehicle pickups.

• Trailers of any kind are not permitted.

• No exceptions.

 

Pickup Scheduling

• All transport pickups must be scheduled by phone at least 24 hours prior to the requested pickup time.

• Please call 864-506-8095 for scheduling.

• Same-day or unscheduled pickups will not be accommodated.

 

Pickup Hours

• Transport pickups are available only during the business hours posted on this website.

• Vehicles will not be released outside of these posted hours.

 

Compliance

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements—including documentation, scheduling, pickup equipment, or pickup hours—will result in the vehicle not being released. These policies are strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.
