Personal Property Redemption Information

If you need to retrieve personal property from a vehicle being held by Stone Services LLC, please review the following requirements before coming to our storage facility.

Before You Arrive

Personal property retrievals are by appointment only.

Please call our office at (864) 506-8095 to schedule your appointment and to ensure that all required paperwork has been received and is ready for processing.

Appointment Requirements

• Personal property redemption's are by appointment only.

• Our 24-hour service does not apply to personal property redemption's.

• Property retrievals will only take place during the business hours posted on this website.

• Arriving without an appointment may result in your property not being available for release.

 

 

Personal Property Release Requirements

To retrieve your personal property, you must:

• Be the registered owner of the vehicle, or

• Obtain a third-party property release authorization from your lien holder if someone other than the registered owner will be retrieving the property.

• Present a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Bring your vehicle key to access the vehicle and retrieve your belongings.

 

Important Notice

Only personal property may be removed from the vehicle. Items that are permanently attached to the vehicle or considered part of the vehicle are not considered personal property and may not be removed.

Failure to provide the required valid identification will result in the property not being released. These requirements are strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.
