Vehicle Redemption Information

If your vehicle is being held by Stone Services LLC, please review the following redemption requirements before coming to our storage facility.

Before You Arrive

Please call our office at (864) 506-8095 before coming to the storage lot to ensure that all required redemption paperwork has been received and is ready for processing.

Redemption Hours

• Vehicle redemption's are available only during the business hours posted on this website.

• You must arrive during those business hours to complete your redemption and retrieve your vehicle.

• Our 24-hour towing service does not apply to vehicle redemption's.

• Vehicles will not be released outside of normal business hours.

 

Vehicle Release Requirements

To redeem a vehicle, you must:

• Be the registered owner of the vehicle, or

• Obtain a third-party vehicle release authorization from your lien holder if someone other than the registered owner will be redeeming the vehicle.

• Present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of redemption.

 

Important Notice

Failure to provide the required documentation, valid identification, or proper authorization will result in the vehicle not being released. These requirements are strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.
